Make a GG button at the end of match to congrat oponent.#743

At the end of a match, could be a GG button to tell your oponent that you liked the game. If both players hit it, it would reward both players an insignificant of blanks, like 1-5 or somthing.
It’s something that Gwent, the withcer card game does, and it makes a good sensation of sportmanship and respect for the community.

We definitely need a lot better social emotes in general. You can bet we’ll do this.
