A paint bucket or fill layer tool#739

Ensuring that every surface of a layer is painted can be tedious. A single click color fill tool would speed up painting and make it even more fun.

This would also help us determine what pieces are ‘connected’.

I joined here specifically to make this suggestion. I’d want it with two options, 1. Fill the connected parts of the model and 2. Fill within just the single piece, still using it’s connections to isolate it from the rest of the mini, but not spreading to non-contigious connected parts.

I’d also want the option to have it fill only a specific rgb value, or ignore rgb but spread bounded by the rbg value being filled.
