Make the game playable offline#683

The ability to open the game, paint, and play against AI/do a cargo run without internet connection would be great!

agreed - you can even disable prizes/rewards/etc - just being able to play with what I already have would be great!

As soon as I can play it offline I will buy it. Played early access and it seems like the perfect game for me to play on steam deck when I’m offline

This is really important, because it is very discouraging for network problems to cause disconnection, at least for single player games
