Being able to change the colour of players health bars etc#63

If you were able to change the colour of the players health bars etc from red and blue in the options it would make the game more acessable for people with colour blindness.

Just wanted to say this is definitely something we plan on adding in the future.

I would also appreciate this for the move/attack markers if possible. The different shapes are appreciated but it’s like a 1-pixel difference.
