Add a visual cinder curve for your roster#225

Being able to see a visual graph of your crews cost from lowest to highest would be a nice QOL change to get an immediate estimate of the average cost of your crew.

it would also be nice to see the cinder valuves when selecting the unit for roster instead of having to click in them.

We used to have this, but it got discarded with one of the UI refactors. Sounds good to me.

Even just sorting by Cinder Cost by default when looking at rosters before editing them or going into online play should be reasonably easy to implement? I’d hope so anyway.
