A volume slider for in-game videos#155

I would like to suggest that the in-game videos get a volume slider, currently all videos only have the option to either mute the sound or play it at full volume which is too loud for me. I also don’t want to adjust the master volume just for the videos considering that the rest of the game is completely fine.

right now i dont think the master volume even controls the how to play videos. i have my master low and just got blasted by the videos
