Global chat in the menu and/or while painting#1303

One of the coolest things is to being able to do other stuff while painting, I personally hang out on discord with my friend when I’m painting minis.
I think a global chat could help bring the community together, I remember the one in starcraft 2 where people asked for games or tips.
