21:9 menu improvements#1302

Hey, I am playing the game on 21:9 (3440x1440) and the menus just don’t look really pretty. It just looks weirdly zoomed in (there is e.g. no margin to the border at the “discord” selection - look at attachment). Or when there is a tutorial notification, the “Continue” button is cut of at the bottom (look at second look attachment). Still playable, but would look way better if stuff like that would be adjusted.
