Allow copy + paste in painting#1269

The main idea is to allow people to take a piece that they like (an area of a figure that is seperated through the masking feature), coppy it, and be able to paste it onto one of their models. This would be great if someone had trouble painting something, but really liked the effect and wanted it on a lot of their paint jobs, if someone really liked how someone else’s model looked, but had no idea how to replicate it, or if someone was low on time, but still wanted to do a quality paint job on one or more of their models.
