Noxy's Toxoid Paint#1222

I find it annoying how and think it would be good if you can paint the noxys toxoid either similar to how you can paint zax’s mines or taking on the paint job that your current toxoid is using

I dont use Noxy, so its just a default Toxoid? Definitely would be cool if I could use my own or have another paint job specific to the Noxy
