Offfline content and the ability to play offline#1213

I really enjoy this game but I have been burned by several ‘Live Service” style games over the last couple of years. If there does come a time where servers go down I dont want to hide another game I speant money on from my steam library.
Sorry for being negative but it is a fear I have.
