Hover over enemy heroes should show next turns available movement#1210

When hovering over an enemy miniature, it should show the available movement for that unit given next turn buffs (such as the gardener +movement buff). It is a bit misleading to show the available movement for the current turn’s buffs.

Side note, it feels odd to rate the importance of the thing I am giving a suggestion for.
