Speed up AI turns#1185

The amount of down time inbetween each AI move is really painful i end up just picking up my phone instead of paying attention to what theyre doing anyway as its offline the player doesnt have a turn timer, so just speed through the AI’s turn and ill evaluate what happened on my turn at the very least a fastforward button
