Unclear Damage Results from Double Mines + Extilior Shield#116

Unsure if this an intentional result or not. When the opponent placed two mines next to my shielded unit, and then triggered the mines with gravity well, the unit was pulled into only one of the mines, took 1 damage from it, the mine triggered the other mine, and that mine also only did 1 damage. I’d expect that it would deal 3 damage (1 damage, then 2) but the extilior shield on the unit seemed to protect it from both hits. (I have video if needed)
