Tournament format#1140

I would love to see a game mode, even if it was not in regular matchmaking, where players can draft their teams. Especially if once a crew member is taken it is unavailable for both players and they each draft in a 1-2-2-1 format it could lead to some exciting strategy in the picking phase and the gameplay phase for a tournament or custom game.
