Maximus Balancing#1024

Suggestion for balancing Max.

Reduce HP to 5

Reduce the extra movement provides by fleet foot to 50%.

This would allow maximus to have the same effect while also mitigating some of the early game board control issues caused by being able to hit and run back to cover

This is going in shortly (although his health is going down to 4!).

bit worried about him being insta killed by zax with a crit, but that is more of a comment on crit strength
